Flo Hoxie is a licensed esthetician, having graduated with honors from the
Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, MN. She received extensive training in Florida,
California and Texas for permanent makeup, areola restoration, scar camouflage
and advanced color theory.
Flo uses a very special technique to apply permanent makeup that is so gentle,
many of her clients fall asleep during the procedure. Because of her keen artistic
ability and the beautiful results she achieves, much of her business comes as
a result of referrals from clients -- clients who often become good friends.
She receives many referrals from plastic surgeons, including two women who came
from Canada (a 6-hour drive each way) for treatment. She has applied beautiful
color to lawyers, therapists, Vikings cheerleaders, senior citizens (80 years
young!) and an internationally famous musician.

Nancy Fonfara is a certified Micropigmentation Specialist (MPS). She received
her training at the Midwest Institute of Permanent Cosmetics, under the medical
direction of Stephen P. Adley M.D. The Permanent Cosmetic Clinic (PCC) was established

Teri Cipowski Owner/operator of Allure Permanent Cosmetics has been a gifted
artist nearly all her life. She took her natural talent and began a career as
a licensed medical esthetician, cosmetologist and makeup artist in 1983. Since
then she has worked in some of the top salons and medical spas, with plastic
surgeons and dermatologists, international manufactures of beauty products and
equipment and local television news networks. She has held such positions as
technician, artist, educator, manager, director, owner and operator.
Teri is passionate about making people look and feel their best. In the late
1990’s she began pursuing her longtime desire to bring cosmetic applications
to a more permanent level for her clients. Since becoming certified as a permanent
cosmetic technician she has worked primarily with permanent cosmetics, making
people look and feel great 24 hours a day. She continues updating her techniques
by attending advanced training classes taught by some of the leaders in the
industry, attends annual industry trade shows and conventions, follows OSHA
and America Red Cross guidelines and standards for permanent cosmetic artists.

and international. She has a keen esthetic eye for complimenting ones features

Having combined her fine art studies with 24 years of nursing practice Amy
Zortman has mastered the skill of an intradermal technician to become one of
the region's most talented permanent cosmetic artists. Amy applies the subleties
of color, line, shape and placement with the skill of an accomplished artist
to create natural, beautiful and carefree enhancements for her clients. She
uses the clinical approach of an R.N. to optimize her client's health and safety.
Amy was trained at the Texas Institute of Permanent Cosmetics and studied
Art at the University of Northern Iowa and Atelia Lac - LaSeur in Wyzata MN.

As a licensed esthetician, permanent make-up artist and former body tattoo
artist, Susan Prince is eminently qualified to provide permanent cosmetic services.
She is a graduate of the International Dermal Institute in a course of study
affiliated with the Scot Lewis School in Bloomington, Minnesota, where she completed
an intensive program leading to licensure as an esthetician in the State of
Minnesota.
She was distinguished by being named to the position of a substitute supervisor
in the Esthiology Department at the Scot Lewis School where she oversaw students
on the clinic floor. Her credentials are enhanced by significant experience
